Swift offers both free and paid subscription plans, providing access to premium features such as enhanced artwork generation, additional tools, and other exclusive content. Details of the subscription options are as follows:

• Pricing: Subscriptions are available at various price points, including weekly, monthly, and yearly options.
• Payment: All payments will be processed through the App Store/Google Play Store.
• Authorization: By confirming your purchase, you authorize the App to charge your account for the selected plan.

10. Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the current period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription cycle.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your app’s settings.

11. Refunds

• Subscriptions are non-refundable after the payment is processed. If you choose to cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

12. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users violating these Terms.
• You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it from your device.
